At McCaffrey Crafts Ltd, we take pride in our artisanal fashion and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
